“We initially took advantage of a deal on Angie’s list to have Loyalty Home Solutions tile a downstairs powder room floor - a fairly small job. But once we met Romulo Gomes, the owner/operator, we we so impressed with his customer service & work ethic that we decided to expand the job to a kitchen backsplash, almost on the spot. Within days of purchasing the Big Deal, Romulo contacted us to make an appointment to come by and scope out the work, and as we decided to expand the job, her was extremely helpful in giving us advice on tile choices, vendors, estimated price for the new work (on the spot). The actual work was done very professionally and without much disruption to the rest of the house, and in one day. Romulo stayed with us till 8:30 pm that night to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. This is a family owned business so there is always someone available to talk with if you have follow-up questions. Based on the quality of this first project, we have asked him to quote on several larger projects. He is an excellent contractor, not easy to find these days. We are looking forward to working with him again.”
“Top notch work. Romulo provided an estimate and made the initial meeting very convenient. He actually came the next day to do the work, which was on July the fourth! It was great not to have to take a vacation day from work. He wanted to come on the holiday because his wife was soon to have a baby and he wanted to be sure he was able to meet his commitment to do the job before he had his new baby. The projects went better than expected and Romulo did a great job with the project. Project stayed at budget. No surprises. A+ for communication and information. For example, Laryssa (his wife) communicated estimates and information (including pictures) via email. High tech invoicing, texting and email for communication and emailing of pictures (google docs.) We really appreciated the before/after pictures taken by Romulo and sent by Laryssa. I can sleep better at night that the roof is in good condition after the work. Again, I highly recommend this company and the people there.He even identified a new problem which we hadn’t seen before and said that he’ll return to fix that issue (beyond the original scope of work.) And, of course, he came and did just that. Thanks again, and good luck with the baby. Plus, he and his company does tile and other handyman work as well. Again, would highly recommend. Still I was a bit “skeptic” due to the fact that they are a general contracting business with emphasis on home improvement but after meeting with the president of the company, Romulo, I could tell that he had a vast knowledge on any construction subject and hired them. Normally it’s more because my house is three story; however they only charged for a two story house. They had two employees come out and they had the job done before I even got up in the morning. They were flexible and reasonable with me. They offered to come by and take a look at the roof, I sent pictures and we communicated that way.”
“I consider myself very fortunate to have found Loyalty Home Solutions. I contacted five contractors after my home had some fairly extensive ice dam damage this winter. Three of the contractors responded and provided estimates. As it turns out Romulo Gomes was the lowest bid but he was also the individual whom I found to be the most sincere and who had the highest on line rating. All I can say is that as undesirable as experiencing the damage was and how difficult it was working with the insurance company working with Loyalty Home Solutions was a breath of fresh air.
